Ingredient:
Eucalyptus essential oil has different chemical compounds including Cineol (80-85%), pinene, limonene, cymene, phellandrene, terpinene, aromadendrene.
How to use: Put 3-4 drops of essential oil in steam with a burner or electric light. Blend with base oil to condition skin and massage.
Note:
Eucalyptus essential oils are not safe if taken orally. Therefore, you should only smell or apply on the skin. If you use the oil for oral health care purposes, try to avoid swallowing it.
