* HOW TO USE :
– Create scent for space: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the lamp, or diffuser.
– Massage: Add a few drops of essential oils to the base oil (grape seed oil, jojoba, coconut ) at a rate of 1/30 to help massage, relax the body, better blood circulation.
– Take a relaxing bath: Pour 5-10 drops of essential oil into a warm bath, adding a cup of Epsom salt. Soak in 15-20p helps to relax and make the skin soft. Bringing deeper sleep.
– Sauna: Place 2-5 drops of essential oil in a hot water pot, keep a distance of 25-30cm and cover your face with a towel.
– Foot bath: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to warm water to soak your feet before going to bed to help relieve aches and pains, increase blood circulation, and help relax and sleep better
